Be the voice of PAAVS for guests and hosts — resolving booking issues, handling GST queries, and making sure every stay starts and ends well.

Customer Operations at PAAVS means you're the person guests and hosts trust when something goes wrong (or right). You'll handle inbound support over WhatsApp, email, and chat, coordinate with properties on booking changes, and feed patterns back to the product team to fix root causes.

Handle inbound guest and host queries via WhatsApp, email, and the help centre
Process booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests
Liaise with hotel operators to resolve availability or check-in issues
Triage and escalate issues that need engineering or finance involvement
Document common issues and write help centre articles to reduce repeat contacts

நாங்கள் தேடுவது

2+ years in customer support, hospitality operations, or a guest-facing role
Excellent written and spoken Tamil and English; Hindi is a plus
Calm under pressure and empathetic in difficult conversations
Comfortable learning new tools — we use an internal CRM and Slack
Based in or willing to relocate to Puducherry
