What does PAAVS actually charge?
Two things. A small commission on bookings we bring or process online — 2% on direct bookings through your own site or widget, 10% on bookings from the PAAVS marketplace, nothing on walk-ins — on the room price before GST; guests pay no service fee. And a flat monthly PMS or HMS subscription — ₹495/month for stays with up to five units, or from ₹149 per room for larger properties — with a 14-day free trial.
How do I handle GST as a host?
PAAVS calculates CGST and SGST automatically from your room rate and issues a consecutive tax invoice for every booking. You just file your returns — we handle the invoice side.
Can I set my own prices and availability?
Absolutely. You control pricing, availability, minimum-stay rules and cancellation policy through the operator dashboard — and you can change them any time.
What types of properties can I list?
Hotels, guesthouses, villas, homestays, resorts and service apartments. If it’s a place guests can stay, it belongs on PAAVS.
