A plain-English summary of how PAAVS Hotels works. This is a starting template — have it reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it.
1. About PAAVS Hotels
PAAVS Hotels is a platform that lets guests discover and book stays at independent hotels, guesthouses, villas, and homestays across India. The accommodation is provided by the property (the host); PAAVS facilitates the booking and, where chosen, the payment.
2. Bookings
Prices shown include GST where applicable and reflect live availability at the time of search. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation code. The booking contract for the stay itself is between you and the property.
3. Payments
At booking you may choose to pay online by UPI or to pay at the hotel. For pay-at-hotel bookings, the full amount is due at the property during your stay. Taxes are shown transparently with a CGST/SGST breakdown.
4. Changes & cancellations
You can change dates or cancel from your Trips page. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by each property's cancellation policy, which is shown before you confirm a booking.
5. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to make a booking.
6. Acceptable use
Use the platform only for genuine bookings. Don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or book on behalf of others without authority.
7. Liability
PAAVS facilitates bookings but does not own or operate the properties. The property is responsible for the stay and its conditions. To the extent permitted by law, PAAVS is not liable for the acts or omissions of a property.
