1. About PAAVS Hotels
PAAVS Hotels is a platform that lets guests discover and book stays at independent hotels, guesthouses, villas and homestays across India. The accommodation is provided by the property (the host); PAAVS facilitates the booking and, where chosen, the payment. By using the platform you accept these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Bookings
Search results reflect live availability at the time of search. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation code; the booking contract for the stay itself is between you and the property. You are responsible for the accuracy of the guest details you provide, including the name as it appears on the ID shown at check-in.
3. Pricing & GST
All prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST where applicable, with a CGST/SGST breakdown displayed before you confirm. PAAVS charges guests no booking or service fee. A GST-ready tax invoice is issued for every booking and is available from your Trips page; if you need it in a business name, provide the GSTIN and business name at booking or in your GST profile.
4. Payments
At booking you may pay online by UPI or choose to pay at the hotel where the rate plan allows it. For pay-at-hotel bookings the full amount is due at the property during your stay. Online payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways; PAAVS does not store card or UPI credentials on its systems.
5. Changes & cancellations
You can change dates or cancel from your Trips page. Cancellation terms vary by property and rate plan and are shown before you confirm. Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
6. Your account
You must be able to form a binding contract to make a booking. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Your verified mobile number and email are used to sign in and to reset your password.
7. Guest conduct & acceptable use
Use the platform only for genuine bookings. Guests must comply with each property’s house rules and local laws; a property may refuse or end a stay, without refund, for disruptive, unlawful or unsafe behaviour. Do not attempt to disrupt the platform or book on behalf of others without authority.
8. Intellectual property
All content on PAAVS Hotels — logos, text, photographs and software — belongs to PAAVS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
PAAVS facilitates bookings but does not own or operate the properties; the property is responsible for the stay and its conditions. To the extent permitted by law, PAAVS is not liable for the acts or omissions of a property, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid through the platform for the booking in question.
