Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
Details you give us (name, email, mobile number, guest names and ID document types for check-in, GSTIN and business name for invoices), the searches and bookings you make, reviews you write, and technical data (IP address, device type, cookies) needed for security and analytics.
2. How we use your data
To confirm and manage bookings, share the details a property needs to host you, issue GST invoices, send booking messages (email, SMS or WhatsApp), provide support, prevent fraud and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Payment data
Online payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. PAAVS receives only a payment confirmation and reference; we never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Pay-at-hotel bookings involve no online payment data at all.
5. Data retention
Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (GST records for eight years). Other personal data is removed when it is no longer needed, in line with our retention schedule.
6. Your rights & choices
You can access and correct your details, export a copy of your data, and request deletion — subject to records we must keep by law — from your data & privacy page. You may also withdraw consent for optional messages at any time.
7. Contact & complaints
