Account details (name, email, phone), the bookings you make, and basic usage data needed to run the service. We collect what's necessary to search availability, complete a booking, and issue a GST invoice.

To confirm and manage your bookings, share the details a property needs to host you, issue tax invoices, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We don't sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
We share the booking details a property needs to honour your reservation (such as guest name and stay dates). We use service providers (e.g. payments, messaging, hosting) only to operate the platform.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment partner. We don't store full card or UPI credentials on our systems.
5. Data retention
We keep booking and invoice records as required for tax and accounting, and remove personal data we no longer need in line with our retention practices.
6. Your choices
You can access or update your account details, and request export or deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain by law. Contact us to exercise these.
