About the role
Design at PAAVS is a first-class discipline. You'll be the second designer on the team, working alongside the founder on every surface — the guest booking flow, the operator dashboard, mobile apps, and marketing pages. We move fast and value craft equally.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end design for guest and operator features from brief to handoff
Maintain and evolve the PAAVS design system across web and mobile
Run lightweight user interviews and usability tests with real guests
Produce high-fidelity Figma specs and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with frontend engineers on implementation details and QA
What we’re looking for
4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end work
Expert Figma skills including components, variables, and prototyping
Experience designing for both web and mobile (native or cross-platform)
Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
Some exposure to design systems or component library work
